*We rely on club Executives to complete&nbsp;Training and read&nbsp;Bulletins. These are the key ways we communicate obligations and opportunities to&nbsp;clubs.

The C&amp;S Office is on Level 1 of Building 168.&nbsp;When we will be in the office:

C&amp;S Staff&nbsp;are in the office every day, from at least 10am - 4pm (except meetings &amp; lunch). You can find the staff in the office on the following days:

C&amp;S Committee Schedule:&nbsp;

Meetings are&nbsp;held in person and Zoom. In-person attendance is encouraged - meetings are in Building 168 meeting rooms, level 2 or 3 -&nbsp;but should you wish to attend on Zoom please email clubs@union.unimelb.edu.au at least 24 hours in advance of the start time for meeting details.

The deadline&nbsp;for any submission (grants, correspondence) for the meeting is 9 am 3&nbsp;work days in advance. Submission after that deadline will be held for the next C&amp;S Committee meeting.&nbsp;

2026 Grant Cap &amp; Calculation Information:

Annual Grant Cap: $2,000

	<li>Purchases &amp; Hiring (Events) :&nbsp;80% / $500 per grant</li>

	<li>Purchase (Other) :&nbsp;50% / $500 per grant</li>
	<li>Excursions :&nbsp;$10 per UoM student / $500 per excursion</li>
	<li>Camps :&nbsp;$25 per UoM student / $1000 per camp</li>
	<li>Camp Medics : 100% up to total grant cap</li>
	<li>C&amp;S Promotional Events:&nbsp;100% / $200 (capped at 600 for the year)</li>

2026&nbsp;Training Requirements:

	<li>Treasurer&rsquo;s: Treasurer within 1 month of election</li>
	<li>Grants: two executives within 1 month of election</li>
	<li>General Meeting: Secretary must show completion upon giving Notice of a general meeting</li>
	<li>Induction: One&nbsp;Executive ASAP after AGM</li>
	<li>Bystander Intervention: 2 committee members, including at least 1 executive</li>
