In-person attendance is encouraged - meetings are in Building 168 meeting rooms, level 2 or 3 - but should you wish to attend on Zoom please email clubs@union.unimelb.edu.au <u>at least 24 hours in advance</u> of the start time for meeting details.</p> <p>The <u>deadline for any submission (grants, correspondence) for the meeting is 9 am 3 work days in advance</u>. Submission after that deadline will be held for the next C&S Committee meeting. </p> <ul> <li>Meeting 4: 10 am Tuesday March 10</li> <li>Meeting 5: 24th of March 10am</li> <li>Meeting 6: Week 5, 31st of March 10am</li> <li><strong>Meeting 7: Week 7, 21st of April 10am (grants due 9 am Wednesday April 15, other papers due 9 am Thursday April 16)</strong></li> <li>Meeting 8: Week 9, 5th of May 10am </li> <li>Meeting 9: Week 11, 19th of May 10am </li> <li>Meeting 10: SWOTVAC (probably the usual time but TBC)</li> </ul> <p><strong>2026 Grant Cap & Calculation Information:</strong></p> <p><em>Annual Grant Cap: $2,000</em></p> <p>Type Of Grant / Rate / Maximum Grant $</p> <ul> <li>Function : $7 per UoM student / $500 per event</li> <li>Purchases & Hiring (Events) : 80% / $500 per grant</li> <li>Purchase (Assets) : 70% / $500 per grant</li> <li>Purchase (Other) : 50% / $500 per grant</li> <li>Excursions : $10 per UoM student / $500 per excursion</li> <li>Camps : $25 per UoM student / $1000 per camp</li> <li>Camp Medics : 100% up to total grant cap</li> <li>C&S Promotional Events: 100% / $200 (capped at 600 for the year)</li> </ul> <p><strong>2026 Training Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Treasurer’s: Treasurer within 1 month of election</li> <li>Grants: two executives within 1 month of election</li> <li>General Meeting: Secretary must show completion upon giving Notice of a general meeting</li> <li>Induction: One Executive ASAP after AGM</li> <li>Bystander Intervention: 2 committee members, including at least 1 executive</li> </ul>
